Gabbs NV

We're camping out in the middle of the desert by Gabbs, NV. Pretty rough day. Its hard to find towns on the map that arent just abandoned mining towns. We're seeing some interesting stuff and meeting some very different people. Bed time.... we'll report back soon.

  4. You guys are amazing! Keep on truckin through this, and you'll be in the flatlands of middle America by sundown.
Putting this bike together is really boring without you, Calen. But you are welcome to enjoy the fruits of my labor whenever you feel once you get your butt home.
It is SO much fun to read this blog, and I have handed it off to a few more people that are really stoked on what you're doing, and want to meet the savages behind the madness when you get back.

    Much love from Santa Cruz!!!

  6. Saluti from Umbria. Glad to find you made it into Nevada finally. You should really be able to put on some miles now that you don't have huge mountains to cross. Seems like it could be boring, but maybe not with ghost towns and all. Much love from your far away parents.

  7. Keep pedaling boys and keep drinking water! I've driven across Nevada and that's hard so I can imagine the effort you're putting in out there. We're enjoying tracking you on here.

The next stage of our trip is High Sierra! Then we're gonna track you boys down... Stay cool!
